Job Responsibilities :
- Follow up on MQLs and SQLs with speed, discipline and persistence
- Convert marketing interest into qualified meetings for senior sales and practice leaders
- Engage CXO and senior management prospects across the US, UK and Europe
- Use email, LinkedIn, telecalling and other channels to create meaningful conversations
- Support targeted outreach to Strategy, R&D, Innovation, Product Development and Growth Marketing leaders
- Work across priority sectors including Energy, Mobility, Industrials, Life Sciences and Home and Personal Care
- Maintain clean lead status, activity notes and next steps in CRM
- Work with Marketing to improve lead quality, messaging and campaign conversion
- Support account based campaigns through targeted follow ups and persona specific outreach
- Build familiarity with FutureBridge’s consulting services, sector propositions and campaign themes
Essential Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, business development or lead conversion roles
- Strong B2B experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, technology, research, analytics or knowledge services
- Experience engaging prospects in the US, UK or European markets
- Exposure to targeting Strategy, R&D, Innovation, Product Development or Growth Marketing CXOs would be a strong bonus
- Sector exposure to Energy, Mobility, Industrials, Life Sciences or Home and Personal Care would be preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident in telecalling and senior executive conversations
- Exposure to accent training or international voice processes is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesgear, HubSpot or similar tools
- Disciplined, proactive, persistent and commercially alert
