Job Description:

Role Title: Principal Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strive to achieve defined revenue and cost goals.
    Build/write proposals (gather requirement during client briefing, formulation of winning research solutions for client’s business problems, designing of commercial framework,
    effective presentation of solution and offer, etc.) with minimum support from senior team members.
  • Take the lead to build/develop/train/mentor a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates who offer techno-commercial research & advisory services in the mobility, and industrial machines domain.
  • Accountable for handling all client communication and queries concerning a specific study -kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, feedback calls, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions (thought leadership).
  • Strong analytical mindset and strong technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations for the client.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree – Automotive, mechanical, Electronics, Computer science or related fields or equivalent experience and MBA (optional)
  • Minimum eight (8) + years of experience in customer research or consulting type of engagements
  • Rich experience in terms of end-to-end management of custom research or consulting engagements. Up to date with recent industry happenings and challenge areas for the
    Automotive industry, as well as aware of the latest trends like sustainability, AI/Automation, Shared mobility, IoT, digitization, etc.
  • Past and current experience in handling a team of qualified professionals.
  • Excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting and Business writing.
  • Experience and ability to work with all levels of management in an effective, proactive manner. Candidate should be self-organized; planned; matured; detail oriented.
