- Design, plan, execute and optimize high quality prospect/ customer data build and update for multiple stake holders to meet business objectives.
- Proactively identify challenges with data health & hygiene and undertake initiatives to cleanse/ update data, leveraging technology where possible.
- Implement and report data build and update performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to prospect/ customer data universe size,segmentation by industry, revenue, company size, geo markets, prospect function/department, seniority level, etc.
- Manage data attribute fulfilment (group/ company/ contact information) to enable data segmentation for marketing campaigns, execute impactful programs to augment data
hygiene. - Leverage technology for automation in sourcing of data, building and verifying email addresses, tagging, and flagging of data, data attribute fulfilment, etc. to proactively optimize
data build. - Collaborate with sales, delivery organization, technology teams and other teams to ensure all data sets are aligned with broader business goals.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in B2B prospecting and sales (CRM) data build and data management.
- Deep understanding and experience of managing data throughout the prospect/ customer journey, encompassing pre-sales, sales, customer service, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with automation tools for data build and data cleansing.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Identifying and estimating universe size and segmentation of prospect/ targeted ecosystems.
- Master’s degree – Preferably MBA
