Role Title: Associate Director / Director / Senior Director
Job Responsibilities:
- As a Director – Products & Platforms in the Food & Nutrition (F&N) practice at FutureBridge you will be a strategic partner for our clients (senior executives in Fortune 500-type organizations), helping address their research and insights needs through our membership programs and subscription products.
- You will be accountable for our membership program(s) in the F&N area, defining and driving content-led initiatives that lead to client acquisition and retention. Your activities will drive sustainable and profitable growth across our membership products.
- Take ownership of the business growth and sustainability of FutureBridge’s membership products and programs in the Food & Nutrition domain
– Build and execute a strategy to meet annual topline and bottomline targets, in collaboration with the Vice President
– Strategize and drive business development with or without the support from sales/BD colleagues - Will be responsible for Client acquisition, engagement, and retention
- – Lead / hire / build / develop / train / mentor a team of Analysts and Research Specialists specialized in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services in the food & nutrition domain
Essential Requirements:
- Science/Engineering educational background preferred (Bachelors/M.S/PhD preferred) – ideally in fields relevant to the F&B industry
- Min. ten (10) years of experience in consulting / custom research & advisory with reasonable direct experience in building and delivering similar membership/subscription research programs (i.e., some version of research platform-as-a-service) in the food & nutrition domain
- Ability to demonstrate strong grasp of the technology issues, innovation frontiers, and business dynamics in the F&B sector
- Organizational and cultural sensitivity are a must. International business experience is a plus
