Role Title: Lead Specialist-Demand Generation
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, plan, execute and optimize e-mail campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads to meet business targets.
• Implement the best email marketing tactics for driving results in international markets (with a key focus on Europe and the US) for Demand Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Account based Marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, pipeline, and revenue.
• Manage data segmentation and user journey to improve effectiveness of campaigns, Create & launch impactful nurturing programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities. Leverage marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Mailchimp, Mailjet, Sendgrid, Pardot, and similar tools to optimize demand generation process extensive.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery organization, technology teams and other teams to ensure all campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and business goals.
Qualifications, experience, and educational requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong understanding of various email marketing concepts.
• Knowledge and experience with digital campaign management including email marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Mailjet, Sendgrid, Pardot, and others.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Lead Nurturing and Outbound programs
• Preferably MBA
