Job Description:

Role Title: Consultant / Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Key responsibility for this role is managing multiple projects, Ensuring successful project delivery (within time and allocated resources) and Meeting client expectations. This is a client facing role.
  • Lead and execute techno-commercial research and advisory projects in the Energy sector, focusing on areas such as Clean Energy, Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, Biofuels, and Decarbonization.
  • Conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence, and technology landscaping to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Design and execute primary and secondary research methodologies, including expert interviews and data analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop client-ready reports, presentations, white papers, and case studies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Engage with clients to understand business challenges, define research objectives, and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal development, RFP responses, and research-driven sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to develop industry decks, thought leadership content, and marketing outreach materials.
  • Ensure the successful execution of engagements, meeting company-defined quality and timeline standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Energy, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
  • Master’s Degree (Preferred) – MBA in Marketing, Operations, or Energy Management.
  • 4 to 10 years of experience in consulting, research, or advisory within the Energy sector (Clean Energy, Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, Biofuels, Decarbonization, etc.).
  • Strong domain expertise with the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new and emerging topics.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data interpretation, business modeling, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and articulate research findings effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
