Role Title: PMO – Business Support
Job Responsibilities:
• Conceptualizing, designing, developing, and executing Business Transformation & Continual
Improvement Initiatives
• Institutionalizing systems and processes within the organization
• Enablement of systemized MIS across the organization
• Executing critical reviews on behalf of the CEOs Office
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Institutionalizing change initiatives
• Talent Acquisition – Supporting team building and development initiatives.
• Supporting the execution of learning and development initiatives across the organization.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.
• Act as the liaison between the departments for specific programs, ensuring clear and
transparent communication.
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and MBA will be a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a program management role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and excellent written, oral
communication and presentation skills
• A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently and
should have good business awareness and analytical skills.
• A self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast paced,
high growth and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
