Role Title: Associate Director / Director / Senior Director
- As a Director in the Chemicals & Materials (C&M) practice at FutureBridge you will be a strategic partner for our clients (senior executives from leading chemicals and materials organizations), helping address their research and insights needs through our consulting and subscription platforms / products.
- You will be accountable for our consulting and subscription platforms / products in the chemicals and materials area, defining and driving content-led initiatives that lead to client acquisition and retention. Your activities will drive sustainable and profitable growth across our consulting and subscription platforms / products.
- You will build a team and a process that produces high-impact, research-driven viewpoints and thought leadership and create a “wow” experience for our clients. Your knowledge of client business challenges and industry issues will also help you drive continuous innovation in scope and service delivery across our offerings.
- You will also represent FutureBridge’s thought leadership through a variety of forums, helping craft a distinctive identity for our value proposition. Although you will be working in an entrepreneurial environment, you will have deep contacts and collaboration with our global research teams.
- Overall accountability of chemicals / materials unit within Chemicals & Materials (C&M) practice at FutureBridge, Client acquisition, engagement, and retention and Team leadership.
Essential Requirements:
- Engineering / Science educational background (M.S. / PhD or / and MBA is a plus) – ideally in fields relevant to the chemicals and materials industry.
- 11+ years of experience in consulting / custom research & advisory with reasonable direct or indirect experience in building and delivering subscription platforms / products (i.e., some version of research platform-as-a-service) in the chemicals and materials domain.
